Terms of service

Visual AI Club (“the club”, “we”) provides a platform to publish, browse and copy text prompts for AI tools. By using it you agree to these terms and the community guidelines.

You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password private. You must be 16 or older.

You keep ownership of prompts, images and comments you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, index and distribute them on the platform and in feeds, under the license you selected for each prompt. You confirm you have the right to post what you post.

We may reject, edit metadata of, hide or remove content, and suspend or ban accounts, at our discretion, to keep the platform safe and useful.

Sponsored placements are labelled “Sponsored”. We don’t endorse sponsors’ products and are not responsible for third-party sites.

Pro costs $3 per month and is sold by Polar (polar.sh), our online reseller and merchant of record. Polar handles the payment, taxes, receipts, billing questions and refunds, under its buyer terms.

• The subscription renews automatically every month and you are charged until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime in Settings › Account › Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you already paid for; you keep Pro until then.
• Months already started are not refunded, except where the refund policy or the law says otherwise.
• A Skool membership is a separate product sold by Skool and is not covered by this section.

The service is provided “as is”. Prompts may not produce what they claim. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes will be announced on the site.
